How long does delivery take?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1-3 business days of placing your order, it is reviewed, approved, and packaged. The package is then prepared for shipping. -
Delivery time
America: 5-10 business days
Shipping is via UPS.
All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year's Day, deliveries may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance against theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked using the link you receive after placing your order.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple shipments.
My tracking number isn't working
It may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated. If no information is available after a few days, please contact customer service.
